Ring Size Guide

There are different ring gauges around the world. The ring sizes we specify refer exclusively to the inner diameter of the rings (diameter measurement).

You should pay attention to this when determining the ring size:

In order for your ring to fit well, it is necessary to determine the ring size as precisely as possible. The ring should not be too loose and not too tight. The personal ring size can change over time, because ring sizes are not constant sizes. While fingers swell slightly on warm days, our fingers become narrower on cold days. In addition to temperature, the time of year and day can also influence the thickness of our fingers. The fingers are usually thicker in the evening than in the morning. If you are not sure which ring size is correct when measuring, we recommend that you choose the larger one. With wide rings, a larger ring size often has to be chosen.

Determine the right ring size:

  • The easiest way to determine your ring size is to use a ring that fits you well. Measure the inner diameter of this ring. The matching ring size can then be found in the table.
  • If you don't have a suitable ring, you can cut out a strip of paper about 5mm wide that fits very snugly around your finger. Then simply measure the length of the paper strip in millimeters and divide this length (i.e. the inner circumference of the ring) by 3.1415. The resulting number corresponds to the inner diameter of the ring. Compare this number with the table below and find your ring size.
  • We have also prepared a ring template for you to determine your personal size. Simply look for the template that suits you, cut it out and determine your ring size from the comfort of your own home.

Method:

  • Fold the template along the dotted lines
  • Then cut out a semicircle along the circle line
  • With the resulting round cutout, you can now determine your ring size
  • The number below the circle indicates the diameter, the number above the circle is our shop ring gauge.

Note:

Make sure the cutout fits tightly against your finger.
The neckline may stretch a little over the knuckles.
Wide rings often need to be slightly larger than narrow rings.

Please note that we offer open rings which are very easy to adjust as required. Due to their shape, they can be easily bent apart or together.
