Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not suit you, you can send it back to the above delivery address for returns within 14 days. The period begins with the delivery of the goods.
We will generally refund goods that are returned within the deadline, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you and provided that they comply with the following conditions.
Please note that we can only take back unused items. The goods must not show any signs of use.
Please do not send the product back to us freight collect! The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. Please have a return receipt issued and keep it safe so that you can prove your return in the event of loss. After your return has arrived in our logistics center, it will usually be processed within 1-2 working days. If you have been waiting for your return for more than 5 days, please contact us at support@forage-clothing.com. For orders with the payment methods PayPal and credit card, we instruct the respective provider to pay for the account you are using.
